Beauty Boosting Recipe: Healthy Oat pancakes

Oats are an incredibly nutritious food packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. As a matter of fact, oats are among the healthiest grains on earth, and several studies have shown that oats have many health benefits.

Ingredients:

2,5 dl oats

2,5 dl coconut milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp olive oil

dash of salt

1 tbsp honey (optional)

 

Gardish with blueberries, bananas and maple syrap.

 

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add some butter to the pan and swirl to coat.

Drop the batter into the pan in 1 tablespoon portions, cooking 4 at a time.

Cook until the bottoms are golden brown , flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden-brown as well.
